IJango Update Letter from CEO Rayner Smith Part1
Dear Community Ijango Directors,
Wow, what an exciting start to iJango. If you weren't able to make it to
Dallas for the iJango SWAT/Acceleration Training
this past weekend you missed some big ijango news. The first iJango SWAT Training, held on Friday
September 11, was a huge ijango success and you will
soon see dozens of new SWAT meetings across the country posted on your ijango back office calendars.
SWATQuarters, your ijango back office home for everything related to SWAT (Steve's Weekly Action Team) is
live this week and will include SWAT Radio, where you can listen to ijango messages from the corporate ijango
team and field ijango leaders anytime of the day! The establishment of SWAT is a huge benchmark in our ijango
maturation. It means that regular ijango meetings with consistent ijango messaging are happening in harmony
across the country. I hope that you understand the power this will have on your ijango organization and I
encourage you to learn all you can about this ijango program so that you can effectively leverage its
power.
The inaugural iJango Acceleration Training was conducted on Saturday
September 12. Along with members of our corporate
ijango team, International Ijango Directors Brad Clements and Josh Peak shared their expertise in building
their ijango businesses and ijango attendees were taken along the path of becoming a Community Ijango
Director, from initial ijango signup to growing one's ijango business into a massive, revenue-producing
ijango community. Several major ijango announcements were released to close out the ijango training in
relation to the repositioning of our ijango community. Below is a recap of those ijango
announcements:
- iJango is a Membership Rewards Community.
-
- This new positioning facilitates further membership
incentive programs that iJango will
continue to develop. Our current incentive, the BMW giveaway, will come to a close in mid-October
and has generated much excitement and activity among iJango members. There will be additional
information on new incentives as we move forward, so stay tuned to all iJango communications for
this exciting news.
- ‘Independent Ijango Representatives' are now known as
‘Community Ijango Directors.'
- ‘Registered Ijango Customers' are now known as ‘Community Ijango Members' or
‘Ijango Members.'
- ‘Down Line' should be removed from your vernacular. Instead refer to your
team as your ‘Ijango Community.'
- Instead of using ‘Network Marketing' please adapt to the term
‘Ijango Online Community.'
- The Ijango Affiliate position is no longer available. Any Ijango Affiliate
who had enrolled in the iJango Community prior to September 15, 2009 will be grandfathered and
continue on as an Ijango Affiliate. Ijango Affiliates are eligible for the Tools & Utilities
Commissions and the Ijango Member Gathering Bonuses. These Ijango Affiliates will continue to enjoy the
ability to upgrade to the full benefits of the ‘Community Ijango Director Back Office Package' at any
time.
- Our first Iijango membership communication went out this week to all ‘Ijango
Members' to communicate all Ijango Community updates. As a ‘Community Ijango Director' you are also a ‘Ijango
Member' so please check your email for this communication.
- An updated Community Ijango Director Marketing and Ijango Compensation Plan is posted in the Library section of the Ijango Back Office.
- An updated version of the Community Ijango Director Terms and Conditions is posted in the Library section of the Ijango Back Office.
- Ijango Portal commissions generated by iJango ‘Members' in August will be
posted in your Back Office by the close of business on Friday, September 18, 2009.
The above announcements cover several key ijango aspects of iJango's Community.
First, the iJango core business plan is unchanged, only the manner in which we refer to key terms of our ijango
program has been repositioned. IJango will continue to compensate Community Ijango Directors a percentage of the
revenue generated when Ijango Members purchase products and services online with iJango. Plus, iJango will continue
to pay the ‘Ijango Member Gathering Bonus' when new Community Ijango Directors gather new Ijango Members within 30
days of their own enrollment. Secondly, the repositioning of our vernacular is ‘ijango user friendly' to our
prospective ijango membership base, which is anyone in the online universe. Finally, the exciting Membership
Rewards program gives Ijango Members and Community Ijango Directors a financial inducement to join the iJango
Community.
Time to Ride the Waves and Paddle
This is a major step in our ijango development, and I hope that you recognize the
impact this has on the iJango opportunity. You have joined iJango at the very beginning, and that is something to
be very excited about. Being a part of something from its inception is completely different than joining an
established organization. Ijango has its obstacles, but the rewards that can come from growing
with ijango as opposed to being introduced to it in its mature form can be huge. Stay committed to your goals
with iJango and don't lose sight of why you joined our ijango community. Don't waiver in your ijango commitment to
attaining whatever goals you have set forth for yourself. I will be here to ride this wave with you, but if you
don't paddle now, it may very well pass you by.
Sincerely,

Rayner Smith
Chief Executive Officer
