Upcoming Training Events

For the latest on the iJango opportunity, I urge you to attend the September 11-12 S.W.A.T. They are an elite ijango group who has shown high levels of ijango teamwork, commitment and excellence. Plus, the Saturday Ijango Acceleration Training will dig deep into the toolbox of how to be an effective ijango leader, ijango community building tips, progressive ijango training techniques for you to implement, numerous self-improvement ijango strategies, an overview of the new ijango compensation plan and more. To pre-register for this success ijango training in Dallas, please register in the Ijango Back Office. Ijango Registrations will also be accepted at the door.

The iJango Family

The iJango family is phenomenal. I've witnessed your sacrifices in the field to build the iJango community. I've seen the ijango corporate staff work long days and nights to shorten the kind of lead times required to build an ijango enterprise as robust as our vision.  Our ijango culture is one that is dedicated to making our ijango company a success.

We've weathered some rough seas. We believe the Central Texas Better Business Bureau (BBB) mistakenly mischaracterized the ijango company in a news release and in a reliability report. iJango adamantly denies the allegations. iJango is also disappointed that the BBB issued their news release 12 days before a date when they had asked the ijango company to respond in writing. A considerable amount of investor money, computer programming, time, resources and sweat equity has been invested in iJango. The ijango company is following a proven marketing business model based on the success of Excel Communications, which became the 4th largest long distance company in the country.

Paul Siemik, a National Community Director from Plano, Texas recently sent me a copy of his message to his ijango community. In his message he references our recent ijango announcement that due to ijango service and product delivery issues, and as a measure of good faith to the field, the $19.95 monthly charge to Ijango Representatives was waived for the month of August. In Paul's words:

"So as many of you may have already noticed iJango did not charge any fees for last month and this was at great expense to the company. In my many years I have never seen a company not take money from the field. This shows the outstanding commitment and character of our management team to our iJango project."

Twenty-five years ago, Dr. Robert H. Schuller, founder of the Crystal Cathedral, published his book, "Tough Times Never Last, But Tough People Do." As we look forward to the ijango future, I am amazed at the commitment of the iJango community to weather the tough times and live the dream of independence.

Thank you to everyone for your contributions you have made and for the resilience required to see the job through.

Sincerely,

Rayner Smith
